Radical Compassion

In this spirit we offer an interactive workshop for Kundalini Yogis to heal and integrate the emotions triggered from the recent Yogi Bhajan report.

Saturday September 19 from 1- 5pm MST
9 spaces in person at the studio as well as online on Zoom

This workshop will provide:
• An opportunity to process difficult feelings and emotions
• Practices to embrace this experience and increase self-compassion and empathy
• Ways to explore how the shadow experience offers us the opportunity to increase the light inside ourselves and heal our trauma

Process will be monitored and guided by Jacob Daniel Cohen MS, LPCC, LMFT, who has worked for 40 years with families, couples and individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression and transitional crisis. Kirn Khalsa will provide yoga and meditation to release, engage and soothe inner body tension and stress.

We are adding a meditation lounge to our studio and 31 minute meditations will be popping up all over the place. .      WHY?? ..

Now MORE than EVER we need to be meditating. The pandemic, politics, economic insecurities, pressure, pressure, pressure are taking a toll on all of us. If you are feeling anxiety and depression then welcome to the club. We are all feeling it. Yoga teachers, healers, school teachers etc etc etc. .
Because we have noticed more need then ever we have opened up the meditation lounge. .
Everyone has 31 minutes. ..
Everyone needs a practice..

We are a community that not only holds space for you to be your best self… we are here to help you through this time.

Check out this new class on Monday mornings at 8:00 am to 8:31 am.
Each week you will be given a meditation that you can carry with you and practice for the entire week. The meditation will be easy and effective. Practice with us and we will see you on the mat.
