Welcome in, *|FNAME|*
Your body isn’t just carrying you through your life. It’s keeping a record of it.
Every emotion you didn’t fully feel, every belief you absorbed before you had the discernment to question it — none of that disappeared. It got coiled. Stored in tissue, in breath patterns, in the places you brace without noticing. Unprocessed doesn’t mean gone. It means dormant.
This is the actual premise behind Kundalini technology, going back further than most people realize — through Kashmir Shaivism, through the Hatha yoga texts, long before it reached the West. The work was never framed as self-improvement. It was framed as de-repression. You’re not adding calm from outside. You’re clearing a channel so what’s already whole can move again.
That distinction changes everything about how you relate to what surfaces when you practice.
When old emotion or an outdated belief moves through the body during yoga or meditation, it can register as resistance — tightness, agitation, a sudden wave of feeling with no obvious trigger. That’s not something going wrong. That’s the archive opening.
Kriya builds the heat. Breath drives it. Mantra entrains the nervous system around it. Mudra and bandha direct it instead of letting it scatter. Then meditation lets it settle — integrate instead of just discharge. Every piece of this technology exists to do one thing: bring what was unconscious into a state where it can finally be metabolized. Processed consciously, that same stored material stops being resistance and becomes wisdom. Unprocessed, it just keeps running the pattern on repeat.
Your nervous system isn’t broken. It’s holding. And holding can be released.
**The Body Knows — live class, September 5**
This is exactly what we’re working with in the next class. We’ll move through practice designed to locate where the holding lives, give it a channel to move through, and let what surfaces integrate — rather than getting stored right back down.
You don’t need to know what you’re holding before you arrive. The body already knows. The practice just gives it somewhere to go.
A few ways to keep going, whichever fits where you are:
If you’re just starting to notice what your body’s been holding, the Coherence Reset gives you twenty days and a daily practice to keep meeting it, fifteen minutes at a time. Start the Reset
If you’re ready to go deeper one-on-one, my yogic energy reading work has evolved a lot recently — more precision, more depth in what it can locate and clear. Book a reading
And if what’s surfacing points toward a bigger pattern — something you’re ready to actually decode and build a practice around — Guruchander’s Decode & Embody mentorship is where that happens. Explore mentoring
Just know these doors are there when something in you says it’s time.
Your coherence is the field.
