Welcome in,
There is a new earth rising — and it isn’t being built from the mind. It’s created from the heart.
For so long we were taught to armor the heart. Protect it. Guard it. Keep it safe from what might hurt it. But an armored heart doesn’t feel safe — it feels closed. And a closed heart doesn’t just block love. It constricts your entire energy field, cutting you off from your own intuitive knowing — the very frequency you came here to embody.
This is the shift we’re living into now: from protection to liberation. From managing the heart to letting it lead. As more of us return to this frequency, we’re not just healing individually — we’re weaving the coherence that a new way of living on this earth requires.
Your body is a temple. Not a project to optimize, not a problem to fix — a sacred structure to hold your heart’s frequency. It already knows how to open. It always did. The invitation is simply to stop asking it to perform, and let it remember.
This Saturday, that’s the field we’re stepping into together: Liberated Heart.
If you can’t join us in person, this is also the exact frequency we work with inside The Coherence Reset — your unique guided 20 day program back to your own coherence, one layer at a time. And our newly reimagined home online, purestpotential.com, is itself a doorway into this work — come wander through it.
A Practice for Your Own Heart Space
Fifteen minutes. Any time this week, whenever your heart asks for room.
1. Arrive (2 min) Sit in easy pose, spine tall, crown reaching toward the sky. Bring your hands into Gyan mudra — touch the index fingertip to the thumb. Rest hands on your knees, palms up. Close your eyes. Let your breath find you.
2. Open the spine (3 min) On all fours. Cat-cow, slow and full, breath leading the movement. Inhale, arch and lift through the chest, opening the front body to the light. Exhale, round and release the spine, softening what no longer needs to be held. Let the movement rise from the heart, not the head.
3. Camel Pose — Ustrasana (2 min) Kneel, hands to heels or low back, lift the chest toward the sky. Breathe long and deep into the space you’re creating. This is not a performance — it’s an offering. Go only as far as feels true today.
4. Rock pose + spinal flex (3 min) Sit back on your heels, hands on knees. Flex the spine forward and back with long deep breathing, chest leading, energy moving.
5. Return to Gyan mudra (5 min) Close your eyes. Rest a hand on your heart if that feels right. Let your breath soften into its own rhythm. No fixing. No managing. Just presence — and the quiet knowing that begins to rise when the armor finally rests.
Close with three long, deep gratitude breaths — inhaling everything you’re grateful for, exhaling into the full experience of the field you’re becoming.
Your coherence is the field.
With you,
Kirn
