The Year of Initiation

Kaypacha (an astrologer who’s weekly YouTube posts I listen to regularly) named 2021: The year of initiation. 

In the past those who sought initiation into the life of Spirit would often find a Guru and live is an ashram removed from the daily activities of life.  Initiation is intense, it’s radical, and devastating to most of what you thought you knew and what you lived by. Ashram life would bring such intensity and now it seems that the stress of regular life is our ashram. The place where we have chosen to live, to facilitate our initiation.

The Guru helps guide this process of initiation and is so necessary because it becomes your anchor, a way to not get swept away into the temporary pain and confusion of transformation.  The 4th body, the sacred space of the heart is this Guru.  It will hold and guide you back to the safety of connection which is realized each time you meet life with more presence and kindness, again and again and again.

Let your practice give you the grounding and energy to recognize that the pressure is here to open you to the heart, to kneel down in that sacred space as the initiation of you becoming yourSELF unfolds.
