This Saturday morning, we practice together.

Kundalini Journey is two hours to move what’s been sitting in the body — breath, movement, sound, stillness . You don’t need a yoga background. You don’t need to be flexible. You need to be willing to show up and breathe.

This is the work I keep coming back to because it’s the fastest way I know to shift state. Not by forcing anything — by clearing the static so what’s already in you can move.
