2023 Sadhana for Expansion – Join Us!

This Gift is from the divine to provide support and encouragement in the year 2023. A gift needs to be accepted by you. Once it’s accepted then it can be further strengthened by engaging in a conscious practice. 

The 5th Body is ruled by the planet Jupiter, and the Gift of the 5th Body is EXPANSION.

If you’re negative it’s going to expand your negativity and if you’re positive it’ll expand your positivity.  If you live from the yogic space of neutrality it’ll give you a neutral perspective about how to deal with the events of 2023.

A Conscious Practice to Accept the Gift of 2023:

1) Sit in easy pose, arms up in ‘Egyptian” pose, both hands in Gyan Mudra (tip of index finger touches tip of thumb), palms face forward. 

2) Inhale as you turn the head to the left and exhale as you turn to the right.
