Phase by phase, the practice widens to all of your numbers, all ten bodies, and a personal reading with Guruchander. Phases 1 to 5 come to you by email, in writing. Phase 6 is your time with Guruchander, one-on-one.
Every reading draws on Yogic Numerology and the teachings of our three books, Numerology for Self Mastery, Tantric Numerology, and Numerology for Brilliance, translated into practices you can do: breath, Kundalini Yoga sets, mudras, and bowing.

Phase 1 — The Gift Reading
Discover the gift you were born with, and the breath that awakens it.
Your Gift Number holds the talent your soul brought into this life. Guruchander calculates your Yogic Numerology profile from your full name and birthdate and shows what your gift is asking of you. You leave with one breath practice to carry for 40 days, paired with the Clarity Cleanse to clear the ground it grows in. Everything arrives by email, in writing.

Breath tunes you to the planet; the set makes the quality yours to live. Everything arrives by email, in writing.

You receive a breath sadhana for each, completed by the 11th Embodiment bowing practice, where all ten bodies come together as one. Everything arrives by email, in writing.
