Kundalini Yoga Postures and Nutritional Support for the Third Body – Moon – Bliss – Positive MindThis month the light amplifies our awareness around karmic lessons about how we relate to being in a state of “Bliss”. And let’s not forget that the third body is all about positivity! We can express our purest potential when we learn how to regulate our emotions, when we learn how to be in a dharmic or right relationship with the energy of the moon, our feelings and emotions.

These postures and nutritional suggestions will help create a harmonious expression of the third body

Postures to create harmony in the Third Body

  • Stretch Pose
  • Bow Pose
  • Double leg lifts
  • Breath of Fire
  • Locust Pose
  • Sat Kriya

Nutritional Support

  • Grapefruit

  • Chlorophyll
  • Raw turmeric mixed with yogurt
  • Apple cider vinegar, 1 TBS mixed in 8 oz of water
  • White daikon radish

  • Exercise more
  • Walk 4 miles a day and swing your arms
  • Create a balance between work and play
  • Record yourself reading positive affirmations and listen to them while you sleep
  • Take a martial arts class
  • Set goals and achieve them

  • Cell salt remedies for the astrological signs Aquarius and Pisces which represent the gallbladder meridian (Aquarius) and the liver meridian (Pisces)
