Welcome in, The Alignment: Part 3 — Fueling the Radiance Your Gift number is the strength you already carry. Your Destiny number is what you’re here to put out at full volume. Neither one is something you’re waiting to develop — they’re already live. The question isn’t whether the strength is there. It’s whether your fire is strong enough to turn what you eat into something that can actually move. Digestion is a fire, not a holding tank. Two people can eat the exact same meal and get two different outcomes — one converts it into clear, usable energy, the other just feels heavier. The difference isn’t the food. It’s the strength of the fire receiving it. Rebuilding the foundation, like Part 2 covered, lays the ground. This part is about making sure the fire on that ground is actually burning bright enough to do something with what you feed it. Eat with the sun, not against it. Your digestive fire isn’t constant through the day — it rises and falls with the sun. Strongest at midday, quieter by evening. Eating your largest meal when the fire is highest means more of it becomes fuel instead of leftover weight your system has to manage overnight. A heavy meal late in the day asks a quiet fire to do a midday job — that’s where a lot of “why do I feel sluggish” actually starts. Let spice do some of the work. Warming spices — ginger, cumin, black pepper — aren’t there for flavor alone. They kindle the fire itself, helping your body actually break down and radiate what you’ve eaten rather than just store it. A little goes further than people expect. Eat like you mean it. Rushed, distracted eating — scrolling, standing, half-present — asks your body to digest and pay attention at the same time. It can’t fully do either. Even sixty seconds of actually arriving at the plate before the first bite changes how much of that meal becomes strength versus how much just passes through. None of this replaces what you’re already rebuilding. It’s what makes the rebuilding actually radiate. (Curious what your Gift and Destiny numbers are pointing you toward? Breathe in, and imagine that fire brightening slightly with the inhale. Exhale, and let it settle into a steady, even burn. Silently say: I am strong enough to hold what I’m here to radiate. Sit with that for a few breaths longer than feels necessary. Your coherence is the field. Welcome in,
